The ideal candidate will have a shepherd's heart for team building and discipleship while having a strong aptitude for organization, instruction, and building ministry structure. He will connect well with youth and will be passionate about helping them be connected to Christ. He will be biblically oriented and let it be the foundation of His interaction with leaders, staff, youth, and attenders of EEFC.

KidsLife plays a central role in our mission of Doing Life in Christ Together, serving families, kids, volunteers, and visitors each Sunday as we grow together in faith and community.
