Fall Fest is coming to EEFC, and we’re excited to once again welcome our church family and neighbors for a fun fall evening!
This is more than just a night of Trunk-or-Treat, games, and food. It’s an opportunity for us as a church family to open our doors, welcome our neighbors, build relationships, and show the love of Christ in a joyful and practical way.
We need your help to make it happen!
There are many ways to serve, whether you can help for the entire evening or simply take on one part of the event.
Decorate a Trunk
Create a fun trunk, pass out candy, and help make Trunk-or-Treat a memorable experience for kids and families.
Donate Candy
Bring bags of individually wrapped candy and drop them in the collection bin near the church office.
Hospitality & Outreach
Welcome guests, help families find their way around, serve food, and look for opportunities to start conversations with our neighbors.
Food Team
Help prepare, serve, and clean up food throughout the evening.
Set-Up & Decorations
Help prepare the grounds with tents, decorations, tables, and everything else we need before guests arrive.
Campfire & Heaters
Help oversee the bonfire and outdoor heaters so everyone can stay warm and comfortable.
Safety, Parking, & First Aid
Help us keep the evening safe and organized for everyone who attends.
Every role matters. Whether you’re decorating a trunk, greeting a family, serving food, or helping behind the scenes, your willingness to serve helps create an environment where people feel welcomed and cared for.
